I use Iron Patriot 4* rank 4 40/40, Drax 4* rank 3 30/30, and Gamora 3* rank 4 40/40. I chose Gamora for the boost to Drax but am getting ready to rank Iron Fist 4* rank 2 20/20 and he will be my new 3rd spot.

If I know I'm going to be doing story quests:
3* Thor (rank 4) 3* Dr. Strange (rank 4) and 4* Iron Man (rank 3)
otherwise:
4* Spiderman (rank 3 maxed), 3* Unstoppable Colossus (rank 4 maxed) and 3* Gamora (rank 4 maxed)
once I finish leveling up Iron Man, Imma start using him more instead of Gamora.
